You may decline to receive emails by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ in any marketing email you receive.
Upon your request, Secure Payment Services will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your data from Secure Payment Services’ records within 10 business days. Please note that some residual information may remain in its private records after deletion of your account. Secure Payment Services may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal data after you delete your account, but not in a manner that would identify you personally unless permitted by law.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE NOT TO TAKE ANY ACTION AND/OR WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST SECURE PAYMENT SERVICES FOR DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with United Arab Emirates law including without limitation the provisions of the Evidence Act (Chapter 97), Electronic Transactions Act (Cap. 88) and the PDPA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates courts.
