You may decline to receive emails by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ in any marketing email you receive.
Upon your request, Secure Payment Services will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your data from Secure Payment Services’ records within 10 business days. Please note that some residual information may remain in its private records after deletion of your account. Secure Payment Services may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal data after you delete your account, but not in a manner that would identify you personally unless permitted by law.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SECURE PAYMENT SERVICES HAS THE RIGHT TO DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO ANY LEGAL, REGULATORY, GOVERNMENTAL, TAX, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR OTHER AUTHORITIES OR THE RELEVANT RIGHT OWNERS, IF SECURE PAYMENT SERVICES HAS GROUNDS TO BELIEVE THAT DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING ANY OBLIGATIONS, REQUIREMENTS OR ARRANGEMENTS, WHETHER VOLUNTARY OR MANDATORY, AS A RESULT OF COOPERATING WITH AN ORDER, AN INVESTIGATION AND/OR A REQUEST OF ANY NATURE BY SUCH PARTIES.
