MERCHANT LIABILITY

Secure Payment Services is a payment service provider (“PSP”) that provides payment services to online merchants (“Merchant(s)”) through the provision of technology, connectivity to banks, as well as, operational services related to payment for online businesses. These Merchants use Secure Payment Services’ PSP services to transact the sale, lease and/or license of their products and/or services to end users.

In order to provide these PSP services, Secure Payment Services engages partners such as banks, payment facilitators and other licensed entities.

IF AN END USER HAS A COMPLAINT IN RELATION TO OR OTHERWISE IS IN DISPUTE WITH, A MERCHANT, WE STRONGLY ADVISE MAKING THE COMPLAINT TO, OR OTHERWISE SETTLING SUCH DISPUTE DIRECTLY WITH THE MERCHANT. FURTHER TO THE TERMS OF USE AGREED BY EVERY END USER IN UTILISING PSP SERVICES, SECURE PAYMENT SERVICES AND ITS PARTNERS HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY MERCHANTS AND BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES THAT WAS PROVIDED BY MERCHANTS. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, SECURE PAYMENT SERVICES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND ANY ALL SUCH LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

For the avoidance of doubt, Secure Payment Services and its partner’s relationship with Merchants is limited to the provision and facilitation of PSP services and has no influence nor control on the quality of goods

Secure Payment Services operates under strict regulations and laws of the United Arab Emirates.
