Business / Individual Account Opening

Contact us for the merchant on boarding form. Fill it up and send it along with the mentioned documents to partner@securepaymentservices.net. Our team will review it and come back to you with the Merchant Agreement, after which it will take 24-48 hours to have your account active and 2 - 7 working days for card processing. You will receive and email informing the same along with the bank details.
There is a standard one time setup fee depending on the account type you choose. We have no other hidden charges. Bank Wire Transfer charges will vary from business to business, depending on the volume and nature of the business. For more details please contact partner@securepaymentservices.net
As soon as you have completed our onboarding formalities and provided the required documents, our team will verify your application and send you the merchant agreement. After which your account will be active with 24-48 hours. You will receive an email informing the same along with the bank details.
You will be given access to SPS Portal which allows you to generate an invoice for your customers. The invoice will have the amount and the bank details for the customer to transfer the funds to.

Transfer Funds/Pay-out

You will require all the bank and accounts details of the customer along with the bank statements. For more information please mail us at partner@securepaymentservices.net
Transfer times are subject to time zones and local banking hours. In a normal circumstance, transfers could take up to 48 hours to reflect.
Yes, After creating a payout request on the portal - leave us a mail along with payout details with 'Urgent Payout' in the subject line.
SPS has no minimum or maximum transaction amount.
No rates do not vary. We have fixed pricing for payouts irrespective of the transfer amount.
No. SPS does not have any hidden charges to your transaction.
Yes, If the payment has not been processed. Although if the payment has not been processed then we cannot amend it.
Recalls will only be successful if the beneficiary agrees to the recall. If the beneficiary rejects the recall request, you cannot retrieve your money. Can I make payments to individuals and companies?
Yes, You can make payments to individuals and companies.

Incoming Funds:pay-in Transfers

Payments made from your overseas bank account to SPS Account will typically take 3 to 5 working days to be received.
Please send us the official SWIFT payment confirmation from your bank. If we are unable to determine the cause of failure, the customer will need to start an investigation with their bank to source the cause.
There might be bank fees involved which will be deducted from the amount depending on the transaction. SPS has no control over these fees.
You can accept customer payments, business-to-business payments and PSP settlements depending on the type of service, you have opted for. To find out more about this, you can email partner@securepaymentservices.net specifying your type of business and we will let you know all possible solutions available.

Dedicated Accounts

Dedicated accounts are for our premier clients. There is a minimum monthly billing commitment which is mentioned on the contract. Apart from the services provided to other customers, there are some extra services provided. Mail us at partner@securepaymentservices.net to upgrade your account into a dedicated account today.
Apart from same day payouts we also provide the merchant with viewing access to the bank accounts. Processing fees are lower too.
Payments can be received in USD, EURO and AED.

Yes, Incoming transfers can be in another currency, although any conversion charges that are applicable will have to be settled by the merchant / customer.
